We are experienced with Design / Assist and Design / Build contracts, working closely with our clients to balance their aesthetic design elements with the technological requirements for efficient fabrication, assembly and installation – while paying attention to detail to ensure compliance with project performance specifications.
We enjoy working with Glazing Contractors, providing them with a wide variety of services including engineering, thermal modeling, LEED consulting, fabrication, pre-glazing, technical consulting, structural engineering with professional engineering stamp, 3D modeling and isometrics, technical field support and dedicated deliveries.
Our dedicated estimating team will provide you with a complete package: scope letters, takeoff drawings, engineering review, list of qualifications and deviations from contract documents and other pertinent information.
Once a letter of intent is received, a project manager will become involved and see the project through until completion. This single point of contact will facilitate your entire project: shop drawings, engineering, fabrication and field support.
Coordinated through project management, our experienced engineering team will prepare shop drawings, stamped calculations, thermal modeling, fabrication / erection drawings and more.
Our in-house curtain wall consultant will assist in design meetings, application engineering and technical field support when required.
Utilizing modern technologies and quality assurance engineering, our manufacturing department is focused on quality products delivered on-time.
